Conditions of reservation Rental

In July and August, the rental is from Saturday 17h to Saturday 10h.

Any rental is nominative and can under no circumstances be transferred.

The rental becomes effective only after payment of the deposit of 30% and the balance of the stay, or 70% remaining, payable 30 days before the date of arrival.

In case of cancellation, more than 30 days before your arrival, it will be charged 30% of the stay, less than 30 days before your arrival the entire stay will be charged.

In any case, the application fee will remain at your expense.

In the absence of a written message from the customer stating that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental becomes available 24 hours after the date mentioned on the rental contract and full payment of the services remains required. Telephone messages are not allowed. A letter with all the corresponding supporting documents is required.

Deposit: upon arrival, you will be given a detailed inventory of the rental and requested a deposit of 300 € including:

A check of 235 € corresponding to the costs caused by any damage. This check will be returned to you at the time of your departure after control or returned by mail within a week.

65 € in cash corresponding to possible cleaning costs. They will be returned or retained if obviously the maintenance was not properly provided by you.

No changes are possible during the month before your arrival. Outside this period, changes will only be possible depending on availability.

No rate reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
All customers are obliged to comply with the rules of procedure.
The Courts of Toulouse have sole jurisdiction in case of dispute.

Conditions for booking a pitch

The pitch becomes effective only after payment of the deposit of 30% and the balance of the stay, or 70% remaining, payable 30 days before the date of arrival.

The reservation is for you the guarantee to find on your arrival one of our numbered pitches. Whenever possible, we try to assign you the location you want, or a similar one, or a neighbor.

Every night is counted from 14h to 12h. Any night started is due.

The proposed location cannot be required if the time between the proposal and your response exceeds 15 days when booking.

In case of cancellation, more than 30 days before your arrival, it will be charged 30% of the stay, less than 30 days before your arrival the entire stay will be charged.

In any case, the administration fees will be at your expense.

No discount will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure. For any modification of the dates of stay, the same location cannot be guaranteed.
The full amount of the stay is payable before arrival. Any changes during the stay will be settled as and when (visitors, additional people, etc.).

All customers are obliged to comply with the Internal regulations.

Internal regulations

The customer undertakes to respect the Internal regulations, available in its entirety at reception, in particular:

• As a hygiene measure, put the garbage in garbage bags and deposit them in the corresponding containers respecting the selective sorting.
• Keep dogs on a leash at all times in the campsite. Animals are tolerated in the rentals but for hygiene reasons, should not sleep on the bedding.
• Accompany the children to the playgrounds, the swimming pool and the toilets. For security reasons, the use of these playgrounds is prohibited after 10 pm. Parents will be held responsible for any nuisance or damage caused by children.
• Drive with caution in the campsite during the day. No circulation from 10:30 pm to 7 am. Leave the vehicles in the overnight parking in case of late arrival or departure before 7am.
• Bicycle traffic allowed from 7:00 to 22:00
• Barbecue allowed. Forbidden on the terraces.
• Make electrical connections with plugs and cables in accordance with the legislation.
• Respect the rest of the people by regaining in peace the rentals after the end of the program of animation of the evening.
• Your visiting friends must pay an entrance fee by calling the reception upon arrival. Any additional person not declared and discovered during a control will be charged from the 1st day of arrival of the staying family.
• Swimming in the pool is strictly prohibited outside opening hours.
